Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) - Overview

        Grievance and Redressal Cell

Grievance and Redressal Cell of our College aims at receiving complaints from the students and takes the responsibility to solve the issues with the support and advice of the Principal. The Cell acts as a bridge between the students and the staff and the management. In order to create a healthy environment for the students of the College the Cell actively seeks to address the issues on students front.

Objectives of Grievance and Redressal Cell:

  • To motivate the students to come forward to present their complaints without any fear.
  • To receive any sort of grievance from the student.
  • To help the grieved student in protection of her legal rights in the College at the time of complaint.
  • To meet regularly and discuss about students issues and find solutions to the problems.
  • To ensure that issues are resolved within the considerable time.

Grievance and Redressal Cell Mechanism

  • The students have the right to lodge a complaint regarding any academic or non-academic problem within the campus in the form of a letter or she can bring it to the notice of the Coordinator of Grievance Redressal Cell directly.
  • The complaint will be kept fully confidential at this stage.
  • After receiving the complaint, the Coordinator shall send a circular to the staff and students to convene the meeting of the Cell.
  • The committee shall discuss the issue with the Principal and then decide the action to be taken.
  • The report is submitted to the Principal.
