Aim and Object

            You need soft skills to maintain inter-personal relationships with your colleagues and move forward in the hierarchy in your department and the organization. The best soft skills include critical thinking ability, problem-solving strategies, creativity, emotional quotient and attitude toward other employees.

            Soft skills are personal attributes that enable individuals to effectively communicate, collaborate and interact with others in various settings. The seven essential soft skills covered in this report are communication, team work, problem solving, adaptability, time management, leadership and work ethic.

Out Comes

            By the end of soft skills training program, the students should be able to: Develop effective communication skills (spoken and written) Develop effective business correspondence and prepare business reports which produce results.
